Day 5 - managed to survive four days with very little adverse effects. Was really tired and irritable on Tuesday but really can't blame that on the diet so far.

Breakfasts have been good all week - 2 egg omelettes with zucchini. Leftovers from the night before. Snacks good - boiled eggs, almonds, apples - trying to include protein in every meal/snack.

Lunches need work - managed to make prawn sushi which worked well but definitely need better planning for lunch next week.

Dinners have been good - salmon with stir fried vegies - garlic, onion, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, sweet potato. Have been eating the leftovers for breakfast with an egg.

Have been drinking green tea - can find anywhere is that is caffeinated, so someone please tell me if it is.

Forgot about the microwave yesterday and zapped two things but will remember not to use it next time.

Good news - I have lost 2.1 kg since Monday. I think drinking over 2 litres of water has helped immensely.

A weekend away which will prove challenging but keen to continue. Exercise regime to be better planned next week as well.
Day 1 - survived day 1 although don't think I ate enough. Managed to walk for 45 mins. Need to seriously plan meals in advance.

My very first blog.... unreal....but hopefully not as good as the results I will achieve on Dax Moy's 30 day M.A.P. Fatloss Challenge. I have to be accountable every day for 30 days and report each day via my blog. Wish me luck!
